Hugel Aesthetics

• Define and execute a differentiated national accounts strategy aligned with Hugel’s growth objectives and customer philosophy. • Shape how Hugel engages with strategic, multi-site aesthetic accounts in a rapidly evolving market. • Partner with the VP of Sales and leadership team to influence commercial strategy and execution. • Help shape how Hugel competes in a landscape of PE-backed platforms, MSOs, IDNs, and multi-site groups. • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of National Account Managers. • Set a high bar for performance, ownership, and execution. • Build a culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and customer focus. • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders across national accounts. • Negotiate and close complex, high-value agreements. • Develop long-term plans to deepen and expand key account partnerships over time. • Drive adoption and expansion of Letybo across national accounts as the foundational product. • Ensure strong alignment between contracting, onboarding, training, and field execution. • Own accountability for post-contract performance, utilization, and share of wallet growth. • Partner cross-functionally to deliver value beyond product and price. • Represent Hugel at key industry conferences and trade show events to deepen relationships and drive brand presence. • Lay the foundation for future portfolio integration as Hugel’s U.S. product offering evolves. • Leverage data and analytics tools to identify opportunities, gaps, and performance drivers. • Lead business reviews and strategic account planning sessions. • Continuously refine approach based on market feedback and results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharma, or medical device (aesthetics strongly preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales management.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in national or strategic accounts and complex enterprise selling.
  • Experience working with multi-site groups, PE-backed platforms, MSOs, or IDNs.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into commercial results.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and comfort using data and analytics tools to manage pipeline and account performance.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.

You own the strategy. You own the results. Your Core Focus - Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to $20M+ in combined revenue within 18 months - Achieve ≥15% net margin on Shopify and ≥5% on TikTok Shop - Maintain Meta ROAS ≥ 2.0 and TikTok Shop ROAS ≥ 3.5 - Launch one new high-converting bundle-based funnel per month - Drive email and SMS to contribute ≥25% of Shopify revenue - Remove the CEO from daily ecommerce execution by owning strategy, systems, team, and outcomes You are not here to manage tasks.
