NetSuite Consultant
BPM LLP
• Architect complete NSAW implementations including Source system analysis (NetSuite + external systems), ADW data structures and transformation layers, NSAW semantic models and subject areas, OAC dashboards and KPIs. • Define NSAW best practices for Data modeling standards, Environment setup, Security and subject area design, Performance, and scalability. • Lead discovery sessions to translate business questions into: KPIs, financial logic, allocation rules, hierarchies, and grain definitions. • Build working SQL prototypes to validate logic before dashboards are developed. • Design and implement transformation logic in Oracle ADW. • Write, optimize, and review complex Oracle SQL involving multi-table financial joins, time-series logic, hierarchical modeling, reconciliation datasets, snapshotting and historical logic. • Architect structures that support trial balance reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, operational analytics, drill-through from summary to transaction level. • Partner with integration teams using: Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Celigo or similar iPaaS tools. • Define: source-to-target mappings, data contracts, refresh strategies, dependency flows. • Understand and document how transformations in middleware impact downstream analytics. • Lead root-cause analysis when data issues occur across: NetSuite, integration tools, ADW, NSAW semantic layer. • Design executive-ready dashboards in Oracle Analytics Cloud aligned to NSAW models. • Enforce visualization and modeling best practices. • Develop enablement assets like technical documentation, solution walkthroughs, admin handover guides, internal training and client training material.
Job Requirements
- Proven NSAW implementation experience.
- Deep Oracle SQL expertise, including analytical functions, performance tuning, financial transformation logic.
- Strong Oracle ADW knowledge including schema design, transformation layering, optimization.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and semantic modeling.
- ERP Fluency: Deep understanding of NetSuite data structures (e.g., Transactions vs. Transaction Lines) and core financial cycles (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools such as Boomi or Oracle OIC.
- Client-facing consulting capability to lead workshops, challenge requirements, explain complex data issues simply.
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics Connect, REST APIs, or custom NetSuite extracts.
- Experience integrating non-NetSuite systems into NSAW.
- Background in financial analytics, EPM, or data warehousing projects.
- Experience building reconciliation and audit frameworks.
