• Reliability Consultants to provide deep asset reliability expertise to clients across the chemicals industry. • The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, asset availability, mechanical integrity, and plant stability across batch, continuous, and specialty chemical operations. • Consultants will assess existing reliability practices, identify performance, and risk gaps, and implement best-in-class reliability strategies, standard work, and digital / AI-enabled tools to deliver sustainable improvements in asset integrity, cost, unplanned downtime reduction, and overall manufacturing performance. • Independently assess asset reliability, and mechanical integrity practices across batch, continuous, and specialty chemical operations. • Benchmark site performance against industry best practices and peer operations to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. • Develop fact-based reliability excellence roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on risk, value, and ease of implementation. • Provide objective, data-driven insights to client leadership on reliability risks, cost drivers, and asset performance. • Lead or support implementation of reliability improvement initiatives, including asset criticality, failure mode management, and risk-based maintenance strategies. • Identify and eliminate chronic equipment issues and systemic causes of unplanned downtime. • Align operating discipline, maintenance practices, and execution routines to improve plant stability and asset life. • Review and strengthen Mechanical Integrity and reliability-related PSM elements, including inspection regimes, MOC, PSSR, and asset risk management. • Conduct field audits, maintenance walkdowns, and failure investigations to identify integrity and safety risks. • Provide independent challenge and assurance that reliability improvements are implemented safely and in compliance with site and regulatory requirements. • Assess reliability data quality and usage across CMMS/EAM, downtime systems, and condition monitoring tools. • Define and implement reliability KPIs, dashboards, and governance routines to support sustained performance management. • Quantify and track benefits from reliability initiatives, including reductions in downtime, maintenance cost, and operational risk. • Review and optimize maintenance strategies, planning, and scheduling to improve execution effectiveness and wrench time. • Assess and deploy digital and AI-enabled reliability tools (CMMS/EAM optimization, predictive analytics, condition monitoring) to improve decision-making. • Build trusted client relationships through objective assessment, technical credibility, and hands-on implementation support.

• Keep existing TCM Security red team courses, labs, and certifications up to date. • Deliver live sessions of TCM Security red team courses. • Participate in red team and penetration testing services engagements. • Design and produce new red team training content across multiple formats (asynchronous, synchronous, lab-based). • Develop hands-on scenarios replicating advanced adversary campaigns, post-exploitation, and persistence methods. • Collaborate with the product manager and SMEs to align new courses with the cybersecurity roadmap. • Create engaging YouTube videos and social media content showcasing TCM Security’s offensive expertise. • Provide technical breakdowns of exploits, demonstrations of red team tradecraft, and walkthroughs of complex attack paths. • Assist in preparing and teaching live training sessions for clients and community members. • Develop red team lab environments that replicate enterprise-scale attacks. • Deliver red team or penetration testing engagements in collaboration with the services team. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients in offensive security remediations and attack vectors. • Share new attack vectors as well as knowledge about the field of offensive security and information security.

• Execute Track/myTrack Platform implementation project plans, ensuring that implementations follow MCi’s standards and are delivered consistently. • Facilitate completion of standardization elements, integration and user acceptance testing, and other project deliverables in adherence to the project schedule. • Assist clients with identification and organization of Master Data as required. • Collaborate with clients to expand their contractor management strategy and business processes based on industry best practices. • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize contractor work processes and use of Track/myTrack. • Provide instructor-led training in group and one-on-one settings and provide end-user support during and after the implementation process. • Become Track/myTrack subject matter expert and advocate, driving knowledge and understanding of systems and processes both internally and externally. • Facilitate and ensure compliance of Track/myTrack daily settlement process via computer-based software. • Utilize Track/myTrack reporting and data insights to audit user role compliance for process timeliness, due date compliance, and error corrections. • Assign schedules and pay formulas within Track/myTrack for proper calculations of net billable hours. • Manage daily business process within Track/myTrack to confirm settlement of charges within client’s ERP. • Provide training to Supervisors and Vendors during onboarding and general maintenance. • Manage user accounts/profiles and report filters, and other ad hoc administrative requests. • Manage labor, equipment, and material rates to guarantee up-to-date contractual compliance. • Provide support for all Track/myTrack Platform issues that hinder operation of daily settlement process.
