• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and the team is informed of upcoming milestones. • Coordinate with global sales program managing regional sales program activities and proactively identify issues in coordination with global program manager. • Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to customers in a clear and professional manner. • Maintain ongoing communication with our manufacturing partner to ensure they have all necessary documentation and support from engineering and product management to adhere to strict production schedules. • Collect and review weekly and monthly progress reports from the manufacturer, and keep the project lead informed of any changes or risks. • Assist the product manager in ensuring timely shipment of products, preventing communication gaps and delays. • Develop and implement standardized templates and processes for project documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance across all deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in project coordination or management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated sales or commercial mindset with an ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to account growth.

Job Summary Aptive is seeking a Senior Analyst to serve as a Project Manager in support of a VHA client team. This individual will help design and implement lean, responsive processes to support strategic planning, decision-making, and project execution.
