Position Summary Sure Steel, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Engineer to support project teams with technical coordination, constructability reviews, field engineering, and steel erection planning. This role offers hands-on exposure to structural steel construction while providing opportunities to grow into a lead technical or project management role. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to job sites or regional offices. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in engineering or steel construction and a strong desire to grow in a high-performing, field-driven environment.
