• Responsible for the technical administration, maintenance, and optimization of an organization's software applications. • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of critical business systems by performing regular updates, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing user access. • Install, configure, and upgrade server-side and client-side application software. • Monitor application performance, uptime, and logs to prevent or minimize customer impact. • Provide Tier 2/3 support to diagnose and resolve software bugs, system errors, and integration failures. • Administer user security, permissions, and roles within applications to maintain data integrity and compliance. • Write and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and backups. • Collaborate with external software vendors to resolve technical issues and evaluate new features. • Create and maintain technical guides, user manuals, and system configuration databases. • Coordinate maintenance windows and patches according to established organizational policies.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on experience as a System Administrator/Applications Administrator maintaining applications, production uptime, licensing, managing vulnerabilities and addressing upgrade-related tasks
  • 2+ years of professional experience maintaining applications using HP ALM and LoadRunner
  • Must hold a Secret clearance or higher
