Respond to inbound emails, texts, and phone calls. • Apply consultative sales techniques (including SPIN) to uncover needs and build value. • Build rapport and trust with customers by understanding their personal goals and property challenges. • Connect customer needs to tailored solutions that enhance their property and lifestyle. • Track and manage your pipeline using CRM tools, prioritizing follow-ups and closing activities. • Coordinate with PMs and CSRs to deliver a seamless experience. • Share customer insights and trends with the Sales Team Leader. • Collaborate to refine our tools, training materials, and team processes. • Contribute to knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Consultative sales mindset with exposure to both B2C and B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline with accuracy and follow-through.
  • Structured sales framework expertise (SPIN or similar).
  • Persuasive communicator who builds trust and navigates objections with empathy.
  • Simplifies complex offerings and helps customers make informed decisions.
  • Tech-savvy, able to juggle multiple tools (Slack, Gmail, Pipedrive, Meets, Frontapp, internal tools).
  • Self-directed and focused while working remotely, even during ambiguity.
  • Experience as an account manager in a sales or customer success team (Nice-to-have).
  • Exposure to both retail and remote sales environments (Nice-to-have).
  • Comfortable working with structured workflows and process tools (Nice-to-have).

This position offers a base salary of $49,000.00, plus the eligibility of a performance bonus.
