The work: The SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Process Architect will lead the S/4HANA Order to Cash (O2C) Functional Business Process capability for the organization. This resource will develop and implement an S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) process and solution design, encompassing the entire lifecycle from sales order entry and pricing to shipping, billing, and accounts receivable. They will work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, design business processes (including contract management and revenue recognition), and provide S/4HANA O2C technology solutions. They will lead the build and ongoing maintenance of the process capability. They are responsible for leading complex business and system analysis, design, and testing. Key responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate functional team activities specifically across the Sales, Logistics Execution, and Billing workstreams - Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals and integrated supply chain requirements - Oversee the implementation of SAP O2C solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements for sales performance, customer service levels, and financial compliance - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, with a focus on optimizing the "Quote-to-Cash" cycle - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams, particularly in leveraging Fiori for streamlined sales processing - Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks related to data migration (customer master/pricing) and third-party logistics integrations - Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methodology, promoting efficient and effective project delivery. -Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring seamless handoffs between the O2C team and the Finance (Record to Report) and Procurement (Procure to Pay) workstreams - Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth in areas like S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP), Pricing (VOFM), and BRFplus for output management - Stay informed about SAP updates (such as SAP Customer Experience/CX or SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management/BRIM) and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement Here’s what you need: - 8+ years SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) solutions and their implementation - Leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple O2C workstreams in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of delivery methodologies and practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum) - Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management specific to complex global templates or federal supply chains - Ability to align SAP O2C project goals with broader business objectives, such as reducing Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) or improving order fulfillment rates Nice to have: - Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their functional and technical configuration capabilities - Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation, such as implementing automated credit management or advanced analytics for sales insights - Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, GTS for international trade), as well as a commitment to staying updated on industry trends - Bachelor's degree in a related field Eligibility requirements: - US Citizen (no dual citizenship) - Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance - Willingness to travel up to 25% As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
