Are you an operations leader who thrives on optimizing workflows with AI, managing high-performing teams, and driving process improvements? Search Atlas Group is looking for a Director of Operations (Fulfillment) to oversee our fulfillment team, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality link-building services and other fulfillment areas. As the Director of Operations (Fulfillment), you will be responsible for managing the fulfillment department, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of link-building services across our brands, including SearchAtlas and LinkGraph. You will oversee team performance, optimize processes, collaborate with developers, and work closely with Customer Success to troubleshoot and improve workflows. A key focus of this role will be leveraging AI technology to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in automation platforms like n8n, Claude code, or similar and a proven track record of using AI to streamline operations will be central to the success of this function! Ensuring our clients receive top-tier SEO solutions through our expansive link-building network is paramount. Key Responsibilities - Team Management: Oversee the fulfillment team, ensuring members meet weekly quotas and perform efficiently. - Queue Monitoring: Ensure all link-building orders are completed on time and meet quality standards. - Process Improvement: Utilize AI to automate processes, working with developers to optimize workflows, resolve technical issues, and enhance automation. - Database & Reporting: Query databases to analyze productivity, identify bottlenecks, and suggest workflow improvements. - Collaboration with Customer Success: Troubleshoot fulfillment issues, implement improvements, and ensure smooth coordination between teams. - Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create and update SOPs to keep processes standardized and information accessible. - Task Management: Oversee ClickUp boards to track tasks, team performance, and work completion. - Partnership Development: Expand our publisher network by working with outreach specialists to secure new sites for placements. - Sales Insights: Provide data-backed insights on publisher availability and depth to support the Sales team. Qualifications - AI Expertise: You love using n8n, Claude code, or similar platforms, with a strong focus on AI-driven automation. - Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL: For data analysis and reporting. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - Ability to think outside the box and proactively address process bottlenecks. - Experience managing teams and overseeing operational workflows.
