While this role offers the flexibility to be fully remote, the individual must be located within the Eastern or Central time zones. What you will do Develop global email marketing strategies and write compelling copy to onboard, engage, and retain prospective and existing customers. Partner cross-functionally to align email campaigns with customer lifecycle insights and overall brand strategy. Optimize email performance using global metrics and best practices to improve deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and business outcomes. Manage marketing automation and campaign execution using Marketo, including distribution, workflows, and scalable best practices. Drive personalization strategies leveraging the enterprise marketing technology stack and customer data. Plan and execute A/B testing to improve productivity, conversion rates, ROI, and sales growth. Support marketing operations in Marketo and Salesforce, including lead lifecycle management, scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and data hygiene. Ensure emails are visually engaging, mobile-optimized, compliant, and continuously improved through collaboration with designers and external partners.
