WHO YOU ARE We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to manage and grow email marketing programs for our owned brands, as well as execute dedicated campaigns for our sponsors. This role will be critical in driving subscriber engagement, improving deliverability, and building a predictable, high-performing email framework across our organization. The Email Marketing Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and data teams to ensure emails meet business objectives, maximize revenue opportunities, and deliver a consistent brand experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Execute email campaigns for owned brands and sponsors, ensuring alignment with sales obligations and brand standards. - Collaborate with the sales team to manage and track sponsor placements in emails on a brand-by-brand basis. - Revamp and optimize the email marketing framework, establishing a predictable cadence, including welcome series, nurture campaigns, winback campaigns, and promotional campaigns. - Respond to ad hoc email requests and campaign needs across the organization. - Clean up and maintain the email intake process, driving adoption across internal teams. - Maintain and improve subscriber profiles and ecosystem to reduce costs (per-subscriber billing), improve deliverability, and increase engagement. - Partner with the Data & Analytics team to maintain dashboards and report on email campaign performance. - Lead the consolidation of multiple ESPs into Klaviyo to centralize operations and streamline processes. - Stay current on email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and tools to continuously improve program performance. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years managing and executing email marketing campaigns for multiple brands or clients. - Hands-on experience with Klaviyo preferred; experience with Campaign Monitor, iContact, or similar service is a plus. - Ability to build custom emails and templates using HTML/CSS, beyond standard drag-and-drop builders, to create fully customized designs and functionality when needed. - Strong understanding of email deliverability, subscriber management, and list hygiene best practices. - Experience building and optimizing email frameworks including automated flows (welcome, nurture, winback). - Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. - Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and analytics teams. - Data-driven mindset, with ability to analyze results and make recommendations for optimization.
