Sapiens Development
• Lead the architecture, technical design, and solution roadmap for Optimizely Commerce Cloud (Connect 14). • Design scalable catalog, inventory, and product data structures aligned with business requirements. • Define integration patterns with ERP, PIM, OMS, CRM, and other enterprise systems. • Own and execute the end-to-end Catalog configuration, including nodes, products, variants, pricing, and metadata. • Troubleshoot and resolve catalog‑related issues proactively. • Provide development support (hands-on coding is a strong plus). • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, QA, and Business stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Certified Optimizely Commerce Connect 14 Architect (must have current certification).
- 5+ years of experience in Optimizely Commerce Cloud / Episerver Commerce.
- Expertise in: Catalog configuration Commerce data modeling Content & Commerce integration Migration strategies and tooling
- Strong C#/.NET development background (preferred but not required).
- Experience designing scalable B2B/B2C ecommerce architectures.
- Ability to work CST business hours consistently.

• Design the "Financial Tech Stack" for new customers. You will determine how their sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart) should map to their GL accounts in QuickBooks/Xero. • Set up Clearing Accounts and Holding Accounts to manage timing differences between sales dates and payout dates. • Many customers come to us with broken books. You will perform historical data clean-up, identifying duplicate transactions, missing merchant fees, and unrecorded COGS (Cost of Goods Sold). • Reconcile past months' Amazon Seller Central settlements against bank feeds to ensure the books match reality. • Guide customers through their first 3 month-end closes. • Troubleshoot all transactions where the payment processor (Stripe/PayPal) and the cart (Shopify) don't align. • Advise customers on Sales Tax configuration (e.g., "Are you using Avalara, or do we need to map the tax liability account manually?"). • Create "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) for the customer’s internal bookkeeper to follow after your engagement ends.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies for Amazon, retailer.com, and emerging platforms that establish a strong brand presence and drive revenue. Understand how various channels are differentiated to DTC and shape strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with head of DTC to inform a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals by platform and enhances the customer journey across all channels. • Set revenue targets and growth objectives for ecommerce with a focus on existing and new market opportunities.
