If you're energized by collaboration, innovation, and making a measurable difference, this is your opportunity to lead projects that matter. - Partner with project stakeholders to define, refine, and align on project scope and objectives. - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), integrated schedules, Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and key workstreams. - Lead, direct, and control project execution, proactively evaluating trade-offs to optimize scope, schedule, cost, and quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to establish budget requirements, and monitor and manage costs to ensure alignment with approved financial targets. - Establish and execute a robust risk management plan by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks throughout the lifecycle. - Support procurement planning and partner selection in collaboration with sourcing and supply chain stakeholders. - Define resource needs, secure and allocate project team members, clarify roles and deliverables, and provide performance feedback to functional managers as appropriate. - Develop and implement stakeholder and communications management plans to ensure alignment, transparency, and engagement across key audiences. - Represent the project in governance forums and leadership reviews, effectively communicating scope changes, resource needs, timeline adjustments, and budget impacts. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field - Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience - Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) Requirements - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred) - Medical device industry experience (preferred) - Travel Percentage: 10% Benefits - $89,300.00 - $193,400.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits

Role Description VECRA, Inc. has a requirement for an experienced early childhood senior leader to serve as a Project Manager for HeadStart initiatives. This position supports the Program Manager in providing leadership and management for a large, complex federal contract that advances the Office of Head Start’s priorities for early learning, health, and family engagement.
