Role Description As a Senior Project Manager, you will join our America's Engineer Solutions team. You will manage projects within the ESS organization where we implement design changes and provide detailed engineering support for operating plants. The Senior PM will be responsible for all project management processes on high complexity, high revenue projects. Example project disciplines include Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural, Thermo/hydraulic, piping), Field Services, Software, and Process Improvement. You will report to the Manager of Projects. While this position is a remote position, we will need you in the Pittsburgh, PA or Cranberry, PA area. - Complete all aspects of planning process including authoring project plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines. - Follow department protocols for acquiring team members to complete the work based on project plan. - Manage all aspects of project including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and partners. - Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements, and subsequent changes, to teams following an integrated change management process. - Keep the team, customer, and all partners informed of status through coordinating project communications. - Maintain project databases and procedures to ensure efficient handling and transmission of project correspondence and documentation between project team members. - Close project by archiving work in financial, scheduling, document management, and resource management systems/tools. - Perform final project quality assessment and report out. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a project manager setting, preferably with a nuclear base. - Bachelor's degree required in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline. - Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business is preferred. Requirements - Experience in managing high complexity, high revenue projects. - Ability to interpret and manage project/contract requirements. - Strong communication skills for coordinating project communications.
