Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Texas Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote opportunity. This position is centered on direct client care through virtual counseling sessions. The LPC will assess needs, guide treatment, document care accurately, and help clients address mental health concerns in a way that is practical, organized, and clinically sound. Responsibilities - Provide telehealth counseling to clients across a range of mental health presentations - Perform intakes, clinical assessments, and treatment planning - Track client progress and update interventions based on response to care - Document sessions, plans, and follow-up needs in the EHR - Recognize crisis situations and act within established clinical protocols - Maintain professional, ethical, and licensing standards in all interactions - Participate in team communication and support continuity of care
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active, unrestricted Texas LPC license
- Experience providing therapy in outpatient, private practice, or virtual settings
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and comfort with remote workflow
- Confidence using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
