Role Description The HRIS Administrator (Workday) is responsible for the full-cycle administration, configuration, security, and optimization of the Workday platform. This role serves as the technical subject matter expert, ensuring system integrity, scalable configuration, advanced reporting, and strong data governance across the HR technology ecosystem. This position requires deep, hands-on expertise in Workday backend configuration, advanced reporting, and security administration, along with the ability to partner cross-functionally to support business needs and drive continuous improvement.
