• Conduct research to identify new leads and target accounts • Engage prospects by phone, email and social media to generate interest in Dakota’s software products and services • Qualify leads and prospects by identifying and documenting specific needs relative to Dakota's product offering • Develop new business opportunities by securing initial meetings for Account Executives with qualified decision makers • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments through web research (trade journals, newsletters, blogs, etc.), trade-shows, webinars, and educational meetings • Act as an ambassador of Dakota when engaging with clients and prospects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields; Or Sales Certificate and similar education preferred

About this role We are seeking a seasoned Full Lifecycle Recruiter to support hiring needs across several business units. This individual will own end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles and partner closely with senior-level hiring managers to strategically define talent needs.
