Role Description Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is a critical part of the organization, responsible for managing a diverse book of business and ensuring exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to independently manage accounts, handle marketing, process endorsements, and provide proactive communication. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and professional team. Responsibilities - Manage a $5M book of business, including accounts ranging from $500 to $500,000 in premium. - Handle a variety of account types, including contractors, hospitality (hotels and restaurants), apartment complexes, and retail businesses. - Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Process endorsements, policy changes, and other account-related tasks independently. - Conduct marketing efforts to support account growth and retention. - Provide proactive and clear communication with clients and internal teams. - Collaborate with the sales team and other account managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications - Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role; 7-10 years preferred. - Proficiency in EPIC software is required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive and self-motivated approach to account management. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Commitment to long-term growth and stability within the organization.
