Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Optometry from FHNW (University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland)
- Extensive training and background in optics
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge in optometry or ophthalmology
- Experience implementing digital solutions to drive sales
- Established network within the optical industry
- Excellent self-organization and ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills

Strategic Account Manager
AdRoll, a division of NextRollAdRoll is a marketing and advertising platform that helps marketers grow revenue & save time.
• Strategic Account Managers are responsible for managing medium to large customers with annual spend of $100k - $500k. They own the commercial relationship by focusing on retaining and growing a portfolio of approximately 20-30 accounts, ultimately driving increased revenue and delivering marketing and sales success for their customers. • Work harmoniously with their appointed Customer Success Manager(s) as they are aligned to CSM(s) to support their book of customers jointly. • Develop and expand into cross-functional relationships across several customer departments to build value and interest for each role. • Manage contracts, negotiations, billing, legal, and financial questions internally and externally for the customer relating to their relationship and agreement with AdRoll ABM. • Work collaboratively with the new business and onboarding teams to ensure a frictionless and standardized new customer experience. • Develop relationships internally to advise and improve processes and support our customers more effectively and efficiently including: Customer Success, Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal.
• Manage the sales cycle with veterinary practices from lead generation and cold-call outreach, to demo and clinic close and through clinic onboarding • Proactively identify solutions to pain points and needs our potential customers have regarding the value of Koala’s unique service • Remain current on industry trends and evolving needs of the animal health community • Provide a best-in-class experience for our prospects, including proactive communications and consistent follow up and follow through. • Understand that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to create a delightful experience
