Role Description You’re a highly technical and execution-driven Development Experience Leader looking to own and elevate the end-to-end software delivery experience across the organization. Qualifications - 10+ years of engineering experience, including senior-level ownership of DevEx, Developer Platforms, DevOps, or CI/CD. - Demonstrated success leading engineering teams. - Expert-level proficiency in Python, Go, Bash or similar languages. - Deep experience with AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible). - Mastery of modern CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, FluxCD, Harness). - Strong background in production release automation, deployment safety, rollback strategy, and release governance. - Experience in financial services, crypto, or other regulated, high-security environments. - Strong communication skills and ability to operate across a broad technical and executive audience. - Highly execution-driven with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
