Job Title: Remote Executive Assistant Location: Remote Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience) Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM What's the Job? - Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments efficiently. - Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Assist with email correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities. - Support project tracking, document organization, and other administrative duties as assigned. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times while interacting with clients and stakeholders. What's Needed? - Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
