• Responsible for performing Epic application system analysis and design • Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training and reporting activities • Serve as a liaison between work groups, clients and vendors • Manage assigned projects and meet deadlines • Conduct advanced analysis of Epic application design • Mentor teammates in resolution of issues

• Support MEDHOST EDIS system build and configuration, including updates to content and workflows, and manage ticketed support issues through resolution in collaboration with the vendor. • Serve as 24 hour, 7 day a week support for MEDHOST electronic date information source (EDIS) system as assigned. • Assist with change management efforts around the implementation of the ED informatics software through the development, design and execution of change management and enhancement processes. • Manage support issues reported by facility staff via service now system and work with vendor to ensure root cause is identified and solutions are found. • Assist with changes to the system as assigned, including the creation of training/educational documents around those changes in the system. • Support facilities with education and training as needed for success as delegated by the team manager. • Communicate with physicians, leaders and other stakeholders to develop realistic expectations and execute strategies to prepare physicians and other clinicians for the adoption of electronic clinical systems. • Collaborate with facility leadership and clinicians to ensure clinical processes and workflows are supported by the electronic solutions.

• Create high‑quality graphic and digital assets for websites, landing pages, social media, presentations, infographics, display ads, videos, and email campaigns. • Design on‑brand visuals such as blog images, diagrams, long-form content assets, and marketing collateral. • Build and animate basic HTML5 banner ads and develop user‑friendly, visually engaging designs. • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and high standards across all digital assets and platforms. • Contribute to brand development initiatives, including logo creation, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems. • Support marketing campaigns with cohesive visuals for emails, paid media, events, and promotional materials. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and support presentations and internal deliverables.

• Review loan accounting and prepare/verify calculations for legal demands. • Manage inbound calls and correspondence received from borrowers. • Review property valuation reports from appraisers, brokers, market sources, etc. • Review collateral property inspections. • Serve as main point of contact and liaison with external special servicers. • Support Commercial Primary Servicing representatives in borrower outreach efforts.
