Senior Analyst, Inventory DSD

CVS Health

• Supporting the operations and management of courier/parcel vendor services for Omnicare and Coram business units • Responsible for courier/parcel service from pharmacies to customer infusion sites and long term care facilities • Assisting the CVS Procurement Team with transportation courier service RFPs, negotiations, contract development and expense inputs • Serve as a departmental liaison between various business partners and operations management regarding courier service needs • Maintain correct item pricing, vendor, and store alignment in the DSD tool • Document and communicate DSD system and Vendor Portal utilization guidelines and best practices • Research and resolve within SLA stores’ DSD item related Help Desk Calls • Deliver insights and recommendations based on data analysis • Analyze category and item performance, zone structure, and duplicate entries • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional business partners to onboard and support utilization of DSD processes related to Small PO, SBT, ASN receiving, and DSD Credit final disposition programs • Construct and present data to support recommendations to business partners such as Category Managers

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience within Retail, Merchandising, Store Operations, or Supply Chain environments
  • 2 years of utilizing Microsoft Office for reporting, analysis, and daily operations
  • 1 year of SQL experience, including writing queries for data validation and analysis
  • Completing requested tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels cross functionally and externally
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively and independently prioritize and manage multiple initiatives to maximize the business impact and adhere to deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, independently solve problems and/or recommend practical solutions
  • Ability to participate in the design, build and implementation of sustainable processes intended to improve efficiency
  • Supply Chain Management processes and tools such as Blue Yonder Forecast and Replenishment, STIBO, Store systems and Mainframe RUMBA
  • Experience using Master Data Management systems
  • Proven ability to use data analysis to influence and drive decision-making and consensus across multiple levels within the organization
