Analista de Tráfego Interno

Macfor

• Organizar e coordenar o fluxo de trabalho entre as áreas; • Garantir que as demandas sejam distribuídas corretamente e acompanhadas até a entrega final; • Monitorar prazos e prioridades para assegurar a pontualidade nas entregas; • Facilitar a comunicação entre os times para evitar retrabalhos e desalinhamentos; • Identificar gargalos no processo e propor melhorias operacionais; • Atuar como ponte entre as áreas, promovendo eficiência e produtividade nas rotinas internas da agência.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência prévia na área ou posição similar em agências de publicidade/marketing (Diferencial: atuação em agência de Health);
  • Conhecimento em gestão de fluxo de trabalho e processos operacionais internos;
  • Habilidade de atuar sob pressão e gerenciar múltiplas demandas simultâneas;
  • Domínio de ferramentas de organização de tarefas e projetos (ex: Runrun.it, Trello, Asana, Monday, etc.).

Role Description As a PRISM Technical Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation, support, and enhancement of PRISMCompliance.com. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, analysts, and clients to define business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and support solution delivery from concept to post-launch.
