Role Description The Pierce County IT division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT Systems Analyst to join the team. In this key role, you will serve as a lead systems analyst responsible for the functional implementation of enterprise and departmental systems, including new systems and new modules. You will analyze business needs, configure and integrate solutions, and coordinate closely with business and technical teams across the full lifecycle of technology solutions using both waterfall and agile methodologies. This role focuses on ensuring project objectives and client expectations are met while identifying opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies, improve data quality, and maximize the value of IT investments, supported by strong subject matter expertise in assigned systems and technologies. Job Requirements

Working within the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, the Business Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between public health programs and technical vendors for the DHHS Data Portal and EBI 2.0 initiatives.
