Role Description An Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships within an assigned territory or portfolio. Role Description As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead complex business analysis initiatives across multiple functional areas including production, supply chain, quality, and finance. You will act as a strategic partner between business leaders and IT, helping translate operational needs into technology solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and long-term value. This role plays a critical part in supporting and enhancing ERP and MES platforms while identifying opportunities to improve processes, optimize workflows, and strengthen data-driven decision making across the organization. - Lead complex cross-functional business analysis initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance functions. - Serve as a subject matter expert in ERP and MES platforms, supporting enhancements and optimization efforts. - Translate strategic business initiatives into clear, actionable business and technical requirements. - Lead business process reengineering and continuous improvement efforts to increase operational efficiency. - Develop functional specifications and user stories for ERP/MES system enhancements and integrations. - Collaborate with project managers to scope, plan, and deliver technology and process improvement initiatives. - Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and align on solutions. - Provide data analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision making. - Mentor and guide mid-level and associate business analysts on best practices and methodologies. - Act as a product owner proxy for ERP/MES modules, supporting backlog management and prioritization. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CBAP certification, or equivalent experience preferred. - 5–8 years of business analysis experience, including 3+ years supporting ERP or MES systems in a manufacturing environment. - Strong experience with business process design, requirements management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. - Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with minimal supervision. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on root cause analysis and process improvement. - Experience working with ERP/MES platforms, manufacturing workflows, and operational data. - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business and technical stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
