Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused High-End Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will design and coordinate exceptional travel experiences for clients seeking luxury, comfort, and personalized service. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, attentive to detail, and skilled at creating customized itineraries that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget. Design personalized high-end travel itineraries including luxury hotels, resorts, cruises, and exclusive experiences. Research destinations and recommend premium accommodations, activities, and transportation options. Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements such as flights, transfers, tours, and special requests. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip. Stay informed about luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry updates. Maintain strong relationships with travel partners, suppliers, and hospitality providers. Manage booking details and client information within CRM or booking systems. Resolve travel issues or itinerary changes quickly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple client requests. Passion for travel and delivering high-quality service. Preferred Skills Knowledge of luxury travel brands, resorts, and cruise lines. Familiarity with travel booking platforms and CRM systems. Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
