• Identifying, researching, and qualifying new national, regional, and strategic commercial accounts across multifamily, builder, hospitality, retail, restoration, and healthcare verticals • Building and executing prospecting campaigns through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage procurement, design, and construction decision-makers • Partnering with Strategic Account Managers before and after the sale to develop entry strategies, schedule meetings, and support field execution • Conducting discovery calls, delivering sales presentations, product knowledge sessions, and digital demos that move opportunities forward • Managing inbound inquiries and coordinating with sales leadership, operations, merchandising, and logistics teams to deliver on customer expectations • Tracking opportunities in Salesforce, keeping pipeline stages, activity, and notes accurate and current

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within commercial flooring or a related industry
  • Confidence navigating complex buying groups and communicating with procurement, design, and construction stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce, and disciplined pipeline management habits

Qualifications - 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise solution sales or alliance relationships in professional services and/or technology industry - Strong experience driving alliance relationships and sales with the Oracle ecosystem - Understanding of Oracle technology offerings - Experience developing partner programs and support infrastructure with proven success in delivering Go-To-Market strategies and channel demand gen results - Experience crafting and implementing memorable experiences, including events and campaigns that feed channel sales and drive partner relationships - Passion for sales and technology.
