• Supporting the operations and management of courier/parcel vendor services for Omnicare and Coram business units • Responsible for courier/parcel service from pharmacies to customer infusion sites and long term care facilities • Assisting the CVS Procurement Team with transportation courier service RFPs, negotiations, contract development and expense inputs • Serve as a departmental liaison between various business partners and operations management regarding courier service needs • Maintain correct item pricing, vendor, and store alignment in the DSD tool • Document and communicate DSD system and Vendor Portal utilization guidelines and best practices • Research and resolve within SLA stores’ DSD item related Help Desk Calls • Deliver insights and recommendations based on data analysis • Analyze category and item performance, zone structure, and duplicate entries • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional business partners to onboard and support utilization of DSD processes related to Small PO, SBT, ASN receiving, and DSD Credit final disposition programs • Construct and present data to support recommendations to business partners such as Category Managers

• Develops complex media strategy, planning, execution and reporting for clients across all media channels and platforms • Create media schedules and plans that integrate and support overarching program/client goals with media goals • Monitor the media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities and emerging issues, and understand new technologies and consumer reaction • Conducts large scale research to create customized strategic media plans across various objectives, audiences, budgets, geos, targeting, etc. • Oversee all media vendor relationships, media negotiations, and contractual agreements, partnering with other managers as needed • Present media plans and strategies for internal and external stakeholders to gain buy-in and support • Build relationships with media vendors; negotiate the best possible rates to maximize campaign value • Monitor media campaigns, implement strategic and informed optimizations for increased performance • Develop, track and report media success metrics • Building and maintaining online dashboards.

• Take ownership of enhancing our security posture and protecting MDLZ infrastructure • Be adept at technical writing. Capable of communicating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders across all levels including C-suite with ability to scope, tailor, and triage information shared to the roles and business priorities of audiences • Develop and execute comprehensive containment, eradication, and recovery strategies, prioritizing business continuity and minimizing disruption to business processes • Coordinate response activities with incident response teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners • Follow established and best-practice incident response procedures while iterating as necessary for novel events • Collaborate closely with a wide range of technical and non-technical teams across business functions and geographies • Effectively scope, tailor, and triage incident information for diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, providing clear, concise, and timely updates • Perform in-depth malware analysis, network forensics, log analysis, and reverse engineering to identify root causes, establish timelines, and uncover Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) both independently and in partnership with security, technology, and business roles • Contribute significantly to the continuous review, refinement, and expansion of incident response playbooks, runbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), aligning them with industry best practices (e.g., NIST, MITRE) and our unique global context • Embody a passion for growth and drive for continuous learning • Act as a coach and mentor to other analysts, elevating skills and contributing to overall uplift of our global cybersecurity capabilities • Provide technical training sessions to various MDLZ global teams • Perform "lessons learned" reviews for significant incidents, identifying systemic weaknesses and driving recommendations for security control improvements, architectural enhancements, and organizational changes to prevent recurrence
