Systems and Data Analyst
Relation Insurance Services
• Supports and implements core business decisions related to AMS design, setup, and implementation • Drives a streamlined data migration process for new acquisitions integrating into Relation’s instance of AMS360 • Identifies opportunities to optimize or expand the utilization of AMS capabilities to support the objectives of the business • Supports high-priority workstreams associated with Relation’s data governance and quality enhancement efforts • Strategically partners with 3rd party providers where necessary to automate or outsource repetitive administrative tasks into the data governance process • Builds relationships with new acquisitions to support smooth and collaborative data integration efforts • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in insurance brokerage systems management
- College degree in a related field highly preferred
- 7 to 10+ years of experience managing insurance brokerage systems
- Extensive experience with AMS360 and ImageRight highly preferred
- Highly proficient in agency management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; expresses thoughts and ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing to address all levels within the organization
- Strong organizational/time management skills
- Ability to communicate appropriately and build professional relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner to both internal and external customers and clients.
