Role Description The core of Publica’s platform is an Over-the-top (OTT) Header Bidding solution that enables publishers to maximize their revenue for CTV ad breaks. Publica is looking for a Senior Associate Technical Account Manager to act as a primary technical expert and operational consultant for our system. In this role, you will: - Assist our clients in leveraging our product to its fullest potential. - Help clients troubleshoot unexpected behavior. - Serve as the liaison between our end-users and our internal product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has: - Programmatic advertising experience. - An understanding of the CTV ecosystem. - A knack for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
