Job Description
Oracle ERP, Cloud Application Analyst
Saab
• Provide application support and administration for Oracle Cloud applications, with primary responsibility for Oracle Cloud Domain Administration and Oracle Cloud EPM and Oracle CX modules. • Lead and support Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives, including implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement aligned with the enterprise roadmap. • Provide application support and administration for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) end users to ensure stability during cloud transformation initiatives. • Partner with business stakeholders to re-engineer processes and define future state requirements leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities. • Design, configure, test, and document Oracle Cloud and EBS solutions, including quarterly update impact assessments and regression testing. • Manage and execute change requests, enhancements, and defect resolution across both Cloud and EBS platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline) with 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, including experience with Cloud EPM and Oracle CX, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience
- Hands on experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12)
- Demonstrated experience working in cloud transformation or modernization initiatives
- Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud integrations is a plus
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process design skills
- High levels of accountability, with demonstrated initiative and innovation
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a transformation environment
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and project-based team environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business users
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving Cloud ecosystem.

• Facilitates end-user meetings and provides an advance level of operational and application build expertise. • Performs sophisticated level design, build and implementation assignments/projects. • Leads projects, translating customer needs and managing relationships and expectations. • Participates in re-engineering operational work-flow processes with end-users/business owners. • Provides high-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or applications.
• Analyzes the Contract Terms and Conditions in a timely manner and makes recommendations for new contract loads, formulates, and implements amendments and changes, and rollover contracts as part of the client audit, deviating from established procedures as necessary. • Regularly exercises discretion in analyzing and identifying issues associated with reprice impact reports after communication log issue have been corrected and re-priced. Formulates and implements solutions to identified issues and is empowered to make exceptions when required to move issues to resolution. • Independently audits and verifies post-contract changes. • Collaborates with Client Managed Care and Med Assets Account Rep to ensure contract profiles are pricing accurately, per contract language. • Reviews internal requests for assistance and executes work list/queries for newly opened communication logs. Documents affected accounts as required. • Identifies alternative opportunities in contract interpretation and revenue routing through the analysis of issues and, acting as a subject matter expert, provides alternative recommendations to management and staff. Activation of plan ID’s in mainframe system and MedAssets complying with NIC standards. Request approvals from Managed Care for NCCI edits if stated in contract and forward to the appropriate parties for loading. • Communicates with appropriate leadership to ensure discrepancies are resolved prior to close of month end.
