Onsite Exhibitor Services Manager

• Independently oversee small to medium-scale events with a single onsite deployment, managing up to 3 temporary staff to support as many as 500 exhibitors • Prepare onsite documentation, handle posting procedures, manage equipment logistics, and coordinate lead support area setup • Assume responsibility for specific zones during larger events to ensure smooth and efficient operations • Meet or exceed onsite sales goals by leveraging extensive knowledge of Exhibitor Services products and solutions • Actively engage exhibitors through direct, face-to-face sales techniques to secure onsite lead retrieval sales and identify upselling opportunities • Manage client interactions related to show reporting and onsite budget management • Deliver critical customer service support by overseeing the Exhibitor Services technical inbox and independently addressing Level 2 support inquiries
Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong written, oral, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations and multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 products: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and carry up to 20 lbs. over long distances
- Ability to stand on your feet for extended durations and walk up to 5 miles daily
