Summary We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native software platforms. In this role, you will serve as a technical authority responsible for defining architecture, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-performance systems. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping technical strategy, influencing engineering decisions, and mentoring developers while remaining hands-on with architecture and development. You will work closely with product leaders, DevOps teams, and engineering stakeholders to design microservices-based platforms that operate reliably in containerized cloud environments. This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who combines strong backend engineering expertise with architectural thinking and the ability to guide teams building modern distributed systems. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
