Role Description The Go-To-Market Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Lantern’s GTM Strategy team, which spans deal governance, pricing, packaging, performance guarantees, and product menu development. The Analyst will manage deal governance processes, create prospect-facing and internal analyses, and generate insights that shape future GTM strategy. This highly cross-functional role will work closely with Sales, Client Success, Analytics, Enablement, Commercial Operations, and Legal. - Deal Desk Support & Deal Governance: Support approval workflows for non-standard deals and document commitments at key milestones. Validate key deal information for new business and upsells. Communicate approvals and commitments to impacted stakeholders. - GTM Analyses: Partner with opportunity owners to create savings and access analyses using internal tools that showcase value of Lantern. - Reporting & Analysis: Create and maintain reports on Deal Desk performance and non-standard requests for Commercial stakeholders. Provide research and analysis support including analyzing pricing, market trends, and non-standard requests to inform GTM strategy and deal standards. - Process Improvement: Help guide migration of deal governance processes into Salesforce. Identify opportunities for process optimization. - Annual Pricing & Packaging: Support with annual pricing and packaging efforts including research, stakeholder interviews, analysis and documentation to support effective roll out of annual updates. Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in an analytical or operational role (consulting, sales operations, business operations, or similar). - Strong communication skills (written and verbal). - Analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills. - Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements across teams. - Ability to evaluate decisions within the broader business context. - Organization and attention to detail. - Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations. About the role We are seeking a detail oriented and disciplined administrator to support and grow our draw function focused on residential real estate lending. You’ll be a part of a fast-paced environment, interacting closely with Tier One’s accounting/finance team and internal lending ops teams. The Draw Administrator works closely with the feasibility analyst, borrower, contractor/vendors and inspector to coordinate draw funding. Other duties as assigned. What you'll do 1. Draw Request Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers regarding construction holdbacks and draw processes - Monitor and manage the draws@t1f.com inbox, ensuring timely response to all draw requests 2. Third-Party Inspection Coordination - Schedule and coordinate property inspections with approved third-party inspection vendors - Act as liaison between borrowers and inspection companies to ensure timely site visits - Review inspection reports for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with requested draw amounts - Provide feedback to vendors when clarifications or report improvements are required 3. Budget & Documentation Review - Review project budgets, invoices, lien waivers, and supporting documentation to validate draw eligibility - Evaluate inspection findings against submitted documentation to confirm work completion - Analyze remaining loan funds and construction budgets to determine appropriate disbursement amounts - Exercise sound judgment to ensure funds are released in accordance with project progress and loan guidelines 4. Draw Funding & Disbursement - Coordinate with Accounting/Finance to facilitate timely and accurate funding of approved draws - Verify wire instructions, funding amounts, and borrower details prior to disbursement - Ensure all funding transactions comply with internal controls and lending requirements 5. Reporting & System Administration - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all draw activity and borrower status - Input and update draw information within internal company systems and servicing platforms - Generate reporting as needed to track construction progress, fund utilization, and draw history 6. Role Description The Specialist is responsible for identifying and securing public and private insurance contracts; reviews and organizes existing contracts. Assists with the development of potential relationships with strategic partners and creates measurable business results for various markets.
