Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 7 years of progressive B2B sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology-driven services.
  • At least 5 years in the digital banking or financial technology sector required.
  • Demonstrated success owning and closing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles.
  • Experience leading strategic, consultative sales engagements.
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets.
