Role Overview We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Accounting Tutors who can confidently support students in Accounting courses across high school and college levels. Tutors who can also teach a range of Math subjects from 6th grade through college level are able to connect with more students and increase their tutoring schedule. This is a fully remote contract role with flexible scheduling. • Reviewing accounting activities and prepare month-end journal entries and accruals • Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, including cash accounts • Reviewing OPEX and COGS and perform monthly cost and variance analysis • Supporting month-end close in cooperation with internal and external Finance stakeholders (AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Business Finance) • Supporting statutory reporting and reconciliations between local and corporate books (GL, AR, AP, fixed assets) • Ensuring compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and internal controls, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
