• Lead the overall accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll accounting, revenue, inventory/COGS, fixed assets, and equity compensation. • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. • Establish and oversee commercial accounting processes for product revenue, including contract review, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and accounting for variable consideration and gross‑to‑net deductions (e.g., chargebacks, rebates, copay assistance, returns). • Design and implement inventory and COGS accounting processes to support commercial manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain activities in partnership with Technical Operations and Supply Chain teams. • Lead the development, documentation, and maintenance of robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring SOX compliance and scalability as the company grows. • Support external financial reporting processes in partnership with SEC reporting resources, including support for 10‑Q/10‑K filings, earnings materials, and other regulatory or lender reporting, as applicable. • Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors on all accounting and internal control matters, managing audit requests and driving issue resolution. • Evaluate complex and non‑routine transactions (e.g., collaborations, licensing, debt, equity, business combinations, stock‑based compensation) and prepare or review technical accounting analyses and memos. • Drive continuous improvement and automation across accounting operations, including optimal use of ERP and related systems (e.g., NetSuite, FloQast, Tipalti, payroll platforms) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility. • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing accounting team, providing coaching, clear objectives, and career development opportunities.

• Complete reconciliations (e.g., custodial bank accounts using bank activity and system reports) within agency/company guidelines • Prepare monthly loan level P&I reconciliations for FNMA or private investors • Ensure identification, accounting, and reporting of information related to the reconciliations performed • Consult with other departments to clear reconciling items • Review/approve T&I reconciliations completed by vendor • Adhere to established procedures for compliance/efficiency to reduce outstanding items • Complete daily T690 ACH/wire process • All other duties as assigned

• Lead all accounting month-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. • Oversee accounts payable operations, including administration and optimization of the accounts payable system. • Provide oversight and partnership across customer billing and accounts receivable in close collaboration with the Billing Operations Specialist. • Manage state registrations and related compliance requirements. • Manage sales and use tax compliance and filings. • Own annual 1099 filings. • Partner with an external CPA firm to support tax filings and related requests. • Manage company payroll in partnership with People Ops. • Lead preparation and coordination for the year-end financial audit, in partnership with the VP of Finance & Operations.

● Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations with accuracy and consistency. ● Prepare and close monthly financial statements, including profit and loss and balance sheets. ● Calculate and reconcile monthly commissions based on assets under management. ● Process payroll accurately and on schedule using a payroll management system. ● Maintain well-organized, audit-ready financial records and supporting documentation.
