• Take a defined design direction and execute it with precision, finalizing the details that elevate a feature from functional to delightful • Make confident trade-off decisions where design ideals, product needs, technical constraints, and timelines collide — without losing the thread of what matters most • Adapt designs in real time as customer research, usage data, and prototype feedback reshape the problem • Use AI fluently across your workflow — for research synthesis, exploration, prototyping, and compressing the path from idea to artifact • Own the end-to-end design of meaningful features and flows, from problem framing through high-fidelity execution and post-launch refinement • Partner closely with Product and Engineering across multiple squads, fluidly context-switching without losing quality or momentum • Apply and extend our design system thoughtfully, contributing patterns back as you go • Raise the quality bar through strong critique, generous collaboration, and consistent craft

• Own, maintain, and evolve our brand and shape our design system, ensuring visual consistency and sustainable workflows across deliverables. • Design high-quality web experiences that clearly communicate our brand, product, and vision with clarity and creativity. • Craft compelling data visualizations, infographics, and abstract visual metaphors to make complex concepts feel accessible and memorable. • Collaborate closely with marketers and company stakeholders to translate business goals into brand experiences. • Experiment with new visual approaches—including AI prototyping tools—to push the creative bar higher. • Collaborate to drive impact. Partner with other marketers so that all assets have strong messaging, compelling creative and relevant distribution. You’ll also enhance landing pages and email sequences for campaigns led by other teammates.

• Translate product and company vision into opinionated, future-forward design direction across major product areas • Think beyond near-term delivery to explore long-term opportunities, using concepts and prototypes to shape product evolution • Define and champion design principles and systems that support enterprise-ready, AI-forward experiences • Lead complex, ambiguous design problems end-to-end, from framing and exploration through execution and refinement • Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and GTM to influence roadmaps and strategic decisions • Use customer research, product data, and insight to inform decisions while applying strong independent judgment • Raise the bar for design quality through critique, mentorship, and design leadership without people management
