About the Role We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support implementations of the Intapp OnePlace for Risk product suite. The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver who can translate client requirements into effective, real‑world solutions. This role involves solution design, hands‑on workflow development, client collaboration, and participation in all phases of implementation. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to break down technical and process challenges, document recommendations, meet project deadlines, and guide clients through assessment, design, data loading, testing, and deployment. Our experienced consultants will train and mentor you in our established delivery methodology. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States. Duties and Responsibilities - Conduct business and data analysis for client engagements - Lead or participate in client communication and basic project coordination - Support and help facilitate data mapping sessions - Design automated workflow processes, forms, notifications, and related artifacts - Create reporting mechanisms and dashboards - Develop, test, and document workflow processes using client‑supported tools - Maintain task lists, deliverables, and decision logs - Participate in vendor‑led training and professional development sessions - Attend client project and status meetings; present updates as needed - Collaborate with InOutsource project managers and team members - Contribute to the improvement of reusable templates and methodologies Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Experience with Intapp software - Excellent independent decision‑making skills and a solution‑focused attitude - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Basic understanding of relational database design principles - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality - Solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a law firm or legal environment - Experience with Intapp Integration Builder (aka Integrate) platform - Working knowledge of SQL - Certification or experience with the Dell Boomi integration platform - Experience with other aspects of the Intapp product suite - Basic knowledge of computer networking InOutsource is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer. Forward Deployed Engineer We’re building a universal API that lets brokers, TMSs, fintechs, and fleets connect to truck and trailer data through a single integration. As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Catena, you’ll work at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering. You'll own the technical side of the sales process end-to-end, helping customers plan and execute on pilots, ensuring that their integrations are running and receiving accurate data, and working with our Engineering team to prioritize fast follows and incorporate customer feedback into our product strategy. This is not a back-office tech role. Externally, you’ll be embedded with customers, shaping the product in the field and feeding real-world insights directly back into the platform. Internally, you'll work with our GTM team to make sure deals are moving fast and delighting customers and with our CTO to influence our product roadmap and our approach to data quality. When something looks off or breaks, you’ll be the one who figures out why and fixes it - and how to keep it from breaking again in the future. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, and equity.
