About the Role We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support implementations of the Intapp OnePlace for Risk product suite. The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver who can translate client requirements into effective, real‑world solutions. This role involves solution design, hands‑on workflow development, client collaboration, and participation in all phases of implementation. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to break down technical and process challenges, document recommendations, meet project deadlines, and guide clients through assessment, design, data loading, testing, and deployment. Our experienced consultants will train and mentor you in our established delivery methodology. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States. Duties and Responsibilities - Conduct business and data analysis for client engagements - Lead or participate in client communication and basic project coordination - Support and help facilitate data mapping sessions - Design automated workflow processes, forms, notifications, and related artifacts - Create reporting mechanisms and dashboards - Develop, test, and document workflow processes using client‑supported tools - Maintain task lists, deliverables, and decision logs - Participate in vendor‑led training and professional development sessions - Attend client project and status meetings; present updates as needed - Collaborate with InOutsource project managers and team members - Contribute to the improvement of reusable templates and methodologies Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Experience with Intapp software - Excellent independent decision‑making skills and a solution‑focused attitude - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Basic understanding of relational database design principles - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality - Solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a law firm or legal environment - Experience with Intapp Integration Builder (aka Integrate) platform - Working knowledge of SQL - Certification or experience with the Dell Boomi integration platform - Experience with other aspects of the Intapp product suite - Basic knowledge of computer networking InOutsource is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer. About the Role We are seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to support implementations of the Intapp OnePlace for Risk product suite. In this role, you will act as one of the primary technical experts on project teams, collaborating closely with business consultants and project managers to help clients streamline and strengthen their risk and intake workflows. Success in this role requires the ability to understand client objectives, translate requirements into best‑practice technical solutions, and work effectively with technologies commonly used in the legal industry. Experience with Intapp and/or Dell Boomi is especially valuable. As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will guide clients through data investigation, extraction, loading, synchronization, testing, and remediation, ultimately supporting a seamless go‑live and post‑deployment experience. You will also benefit from joining a highly tenured team of developers who bring deep expertise, established methodologies, and reusable tools honed across hundreds of successful engagements. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States. Duties and Responsibilities Technical responsibilities - Execute data investigation to interrogate the state of client’s current systems - Participate in client data mapping sessions - Develop and test efficient, well-documented ETL processes for bulk data loads - Develop and test ongoing data synchronization routines - Review and advise on-premises and Cloud infrastructure in support of technical implementations - Creation of custom reports utilizing SSRS Project responsibilities - Participate in ongoing vendor-led professional development meetings - Participate in and contribute to client project and status meetings - Coordinate efforts with InOutsource project managers and team - Contribute to updating repeatable, templated InOutsource project methodologies - Participate in business development activities to offer input on technical aspects of implementation projects Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Knowledge of Law Firm Practices and of Law Firm Information Technology Systems. - Excellent independent, decision-making capabilities and a solution-oriented attitude - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Basic understanding of relationships database design principals - Detailed knowledge of SQL and RESTful API usage - Familiarity with constructing and navigating XML and JSON data structures Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Intapp Integration Builder (aka Integrate) integration platform - Certification or experience with the Dell Boomi integration platform - Experience with other aspects of the Intapp product suite - Basic knowledge of computer networking Competencies - Team player who is also able to work independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent, quality performance standards - Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and prioritize effectively, while delivering high quality work - Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines InOutsource is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
