• Stay in tune with the business by talking to teams and leaders to identify skill gaps and evolve our training strategy • Map out learning journeys and build the materials to support them, ensuring content is always fresh, dynamic, and valuable for our people • Lead and facilitate training that helps consultants at every level sharpen their core professional skills • Run high-impact events, like our Annual Promotion Training, to prepare consultants for their next career level • Partner with experts (internal & external) to create training that keeps our team at the forefront of the Life Sciences industry • Own the onboarding experience for experienced hires to get them up to speed and productive quickly • Manage training projects from start to finish, ensuring everything is on time and runs smoothly
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a track record of delivering measurable results; experience in business or management consulting preferred
- Can both design the training content and lead the sessions; you are equally skilled at writing materials and presenting to a room
- Can proactively identify what our consultants need to learn by staying connected to the team and their challenges
- Can create training that works for everyone, from new hires to leadership
- Can take complex ideas and turn them into simple, clear, and engaging learning materials
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to keep a high-performing, busy audience engaged
- Expertise in in-person and virtual training facilitation to provide a tailored and consistent experience
- Excellent project management skills to keep multiple training programs on track and organized
- Confidence to partner with senior leaders to ensure training aligns with the goals of the business
- Previous experience in a consulting firm or professional services environment is preferred but not required

Scope of Work Perform chart preparation by reviewing multiple electronic medical records and completing detailed patient chart reviews Identify active, documented chronic conditions and validate supporting documentation Reconcile information across multiple data sources using sound clinical judgment Produce accurate, comprehensive patient records that support quality and risk programs Manage multiple practice assignments independently Use company-provided and third-party technology platforms to complete contracted work Share process improvements and clinical insights relevant to contract deliverables Training and Engagement Structure - Completion of a 6-8week/40hr paid training and calibration period required to align on production, quality standards, and technology use - Contractors commit to availability of a minimum of 24 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week, during active contract periods - Contract terms typically run 6 to 9 months per program cycle - Work is performed within defined coverage windows; contractors determine their schedules within those windows after successful completion of training - Additional hours may be available during peak periods based on program demand - Contractors are responsible for meeting defined productivity and quality deliverables
