We are searching for a senior level software engineer to collaborate with our core-tech backend squad responsible for Brand Performance. We're going to change the way that Creators collaborate with Brands to maximize their economic success. - Coming up with feasible and practical solutions to tough problems. - Write very high-quality, well-tested code that is robust and easy to maintain. - Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion. - Work and succeed in a fast-paced and agile development environment. - Identify and drive improvements to our software and development processes. - Conduct constructive peer design/code reviews. - Work with distributed teams across different time zones. - Technical subject matter expert who mentors fellow engineers, demonstrates technical experience and leads teams in solving challenging problems. Qualifications - 5+ years of software development experience. - History of designing and building highly scalable distributed systems and processes in a cloud environment. - A good understanding of AI/ML technologies, including experience with training and fine-tuning models such as large language models (LLMs), recommendation systems, or computer vision models. - Experience with AWS systems such as ECS, Lambda, and RDS (among others). - Experience working in a containerized environment (preferably Docker). - Experience writing services in Golang or compiled language (C++, Java, etc). - Have built scalable internal and public-facing APIs (REST, JSON, HTTP). - Experience integrating 3rd party API's (REST, OAuth). - Relational Database experience such as MySql. - Comfortable shipping code multiple times per day. - Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills. - Ability to model and conceptualize the integrations across complex systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Orchestrate the Final Mile: Lead the integration of modern, AI-generated applications (built in **Python/FastAPI** and **React**) with backend enterprise layers, specifically interacting with **Databricks** and legacy data environments. • Architect & Prove the Release: Design, document, and execute a robust CI/CD and release strategy. You will be the one "making it live," setting up **Docker** containers and **Kubernetes** clusters that comply with rigid enterprise security standards. • Navigate Technical Friction: Act as a high-EQ consultant to bridge the gap between our high-velocity delivery model and the client’s internal teams. You will negotiate infrastructure access and "sell" modern engineering practices to traditional stakeholders. • Player-Coach Leadership: Work directly with a small CompassX team to refine code output and mentor client-side engineering teams on maintaining the new, automated deployment pipelines. • System Reliability: Ensure that integrated solutions are not just functional but production-ready, focusing on scalability, security, and the seamless flow of data between the app layer and the data lake.

• Write high-quality, maintainable code in Elixir/Phoenix • Build and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant systems leveraging Elixir's concurrency model • Contribute to robust data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation • Help ensure the performance, reliability, and security of distributed systems • Work with GCP cloud services and modern infrastructure practices • Implement event-driven architectures and real-time system components • Collaborate on technical decisions and contribute to architectural discussions • Participate in code reviews and help maintain high standards for code quality • Work within a team environment to build scalable systems • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives

• Work closely with the architecture team and drive the complex system design. • Perform code reviews and mentor the development team with best practices. • Make key design and technical implementation on the complex system and help guide engineering vision. • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, and transform into highly scalable and reliable, developer-friendly microservices APIs. • Design, build and maintain highly sustainable systems to support our business applications. • Continue improving process and procedure and evangelizing best practices. • Be a contributing team member to the end-to-end execution of compliance initiatives. • Be responsible for practicing technical design, developing new functionality and maintaining existing components. • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. • Must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. • Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
