• Serve as the primary point of contact for our district and charter partners, ensuring partners’ needs and concerns are effectively addressed; regularly engage and problem solve with teachers, school-, and system-leaders to ensure high levels of implementation quality and teacher satisfaction. • Guide each partner through the pre-implementation and launch process, ensuring basic implementation conditions are satisfied, and providing high-quality leader, coach, and teacher professional learning. We will be selling-in additional PD and implementation support, so you will be a regular PD-facilitator • Work closely and proactively with partners to provide ongoing support, implementation data, and earned influence to steer implementations to success. • Lead regular data stepbacks with district and school leaders, responding quickly and effectively to feedback or concerns. • Work closely with the Sales Team, leading renewal and expansion conversations with existing partners.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of instructional leadership experience including some at the district-level; must have track record of success leading instructional change efforts in various school contexts and at scale
- Experienced and skillful instructional coach and PD provider
- Self-motivated, with a bias for action; takes ownership over the success of district partners
- Commitment to leading for equity and a self- and social awareness about issues of race, power, and privilege
- Skilled and effective communicator and relationship builder
- Strong programmatic and operational skills; highly organized and capable project manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Adjunct Faculty instructors at College of DuPage are responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings, courses may be conducted in various delivery modes, such as, face-to-face, on-line, hybrid and/or blended formats. In addition, adjunct faculty are responsible for student evaluation, and timely and accurate submission of required paperwork related to instruction. Required Qualifications: Continuing Education courses are short, focused courses offered for personal growth and development. We are currently seeking instructors to teach non-credit, adult enrichment courses on various topics including Art, Music, Travel, Home and and Garden, Computers, Finance and Investment, Fitness and more. Most courses for adults meet once a week for three hours on a weekday evening or Saturday morning for 1 - 4 weeks. No academic credit is awarded. - Minimum two years' experience teaching to adults is preferred. - Optional - Submit a CE New Course Proposal for any new courses of interest. Instructors should be able to teach online (via Zoom) and in-person at the Glen Ellyn campus. Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching preferred. Access to personal technology, home computer with appropriate ability to teach online required. • Lead and develop the teams responsible for affiliate management and prospecting in Brazil and Latin America (Spanish-speaking markets), ensuring strategic alignment, performance improvement, and achievement of targets. • Define and execute the Affiliate Program strategy, focusing on scalability, profitability, and brand strengthening. • Prospect, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with new affiliates, influencers, and creators, ensuring sustainable business growth. • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (CPA, conversion rate, clicks, revenue), guiding the team in data-driven analysis and decision-making. • Develop incentive campaigns and engagement initiatives to increase both the volume and quality of referrals. • Provide strategic support to partners, advising on content creation based on briefs, keywords, and performance guidelines. • Work collaboratively with other areas (Growth, Branding, Content, Product, among others) to amplify results and strengthen the brand presence in the served markets. • Propose continuous improvements to the Affiliate Program, focusing on innovation, automation, and operational efficiency.
