Role Description This position is a primary break-fix and escalation resource for the SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, OneDrive for Business, and Viva Engage environments in the Advocate Health Microsoft 365 tenant. This person must work closely with the IT Help Desk and engage with both technical and end-user teammates to resolve support tickets and provide guidance to management when support patterns emerge that require a more comprehensive change in the Advocate Health computing environment. Working with both hardware and cloud-based security platforms will be beneficial. - Experience with Security Operations Center technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR and related components with cloud security a plus. - Proven experience developing, managing, and/or supporting technical offers with SP, MSSP, and/or GSI partners. - Technical documentation experience preferred. - Experience and understanding of cybersecurity and the latest market trends are encouraged, as is directional familiarity with and/or certification in Palo Alto Networks technologies. - Experience & good understanding of API’s, orchestration tools, scripting, etc. will be an added advantage. - Good understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
