Role Description This position is a primary break-fix and escalation resource for the SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, OneDrive for Business, and Viva Engage environments in the Advocate Health Microsoft 365 tenant. This person must work closely with the IT Help Desk and engage with both technical and end-user teammates to resolve support tickets and provide guidance to management when support patterns emerge that require a more comprehensive change in the Advocate Health computing environment. This IT Systems Engineer must also answer questions and provide guidance on how to use Microsoft 365 applications within the boundaries of the Advocate Health Governance Plan and IT acceptable use policies. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of technical support experience that includes the Microsoft 365 suite of applications as well as the Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote desktop applications. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
