Senior Project Manager - SaaS Deployments

AIO Logic

The Senior Project Manager – SaaS Deployments is responsible for leading the successful implementation of AIO Logic’s enterprise SaaS platform for financial institution clients. This role owns the execution of end-to-end delivery across all phases of deployment, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both client objectives and AIO Logic’s strategic goals. Serving as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, this role drives alignment, execution, and customer satisfaction for assigned client implementations throughout the deployment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities · Lead enterprise-level SaaS deployment projects from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, launch, and post-implementation stabilization · Own project planning, timelines, scope management, risk mitigation, and resource coordination for assigned client implementations · Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Client Success teams to ensure technical and business requirements are met · Facilitate clear, proactive communication with internal stakeholders and client executives · Monitor project performance metrics, dependencies, and risks to ensure delivery quality and predictability · Ensure client satisfaction by delivering solutions aligned to business outcomes and contractual commitments · Document lessons learned, develop reusable project artifacts, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience · 8+ years of project or program management experience, with 4+ years leading complex enterprise SaaS or FinTech implementations. · Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, integration workflows, and data security considerations · Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, client-facing environment · Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated delivery accountability · Proficiency in structured project management approaches (Agile, Hybrid, or AIO Logic’s Epsilon framework) and governance best practices. · Excellent client-facing, executive-level communication and facilitation skills · Consultative approach to stakeholder management · Experience using Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar project management platforms Preferred · Experience delivering SaaS solutions to financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, or specialty lenders. · Familiarity with financial services, asset-based lending, structured finance, or enterprise software deployments is strongly preferred. · PMP or equivalent certification preferred · Experience managing implementations involving third-party integrations, data providers, or core systems · Prior work in regulated environments (e.g., SOC 2, data privacy, security reviews, audit support) · Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market clients with complex stakeholder structures Technical Skills · Ability to understand and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders · Familiarity with: REST APIs and integration patterns, Data flows, file-based and API-based integrations, SaaS configuration, environments, and release cycles, Experience working alongside Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams during deployment and release activities, · Comfort reviewing technical documentation, implementation plans, and test scenarios Note: Deep engineering or hands-on development experience is not required.
