Role Description This role involves coordinating referrals and scheduling for our Telehealth Clinic and Outpatient programs. - Be the friendly first point of contact for individuals, helping them schedule appointments and access telehealth services. - Explain telemedicine services to individuals served, referral partners, medical offices, schools, and community agencies. - Help individuals successfully connect to their telehealth appointments (tech support stars welcome!). - Process and manage referrals, schedules, eligibility, consents, and documentation in our electronic health record. - Coordinate care-related tasks such as lab requests, medical records, and required forms. - Ensure provider schedules are accurate, complete, and aligned with scheduling guidelines. - Support daily administrative workflows including faxes, emails, eligibility checks, and payment processing.
