Principal Solution Field Architect – CCIE, Networking
Connection
• Act as a technical project and engagement leader for complex, strategic customer initiatives. • Mentor and coach Field Solution Architects (FSAs) and Senior FSAs. • Partner with Account Managers and Sales Managers to architect network-centric solutions. • Lead customer discovery sessions to uncover opportunities. • Design and present advanced network architectures. • Develop and deliver solution proposals and technical presentations. • Drive growth of advanced technology revenue and gross profit. • Provide documentation of discovery findings and solution designs. • Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure enablement on networking solutions. • Deliver internal enablement and training sessions on new technologies. • Support sales and marketing events in a technical evangelist role. • Participate in Solution Development initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of enterprise routing and switching architectures from leading manufacturers.
- Expert-level Cisco networking experience is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Juniper Networks routing and switching platforms.
- Experience designing and supporting campus and data center networks.
- Experience with WAN, SD-WAN, and Internet Edge.
- Network security integration and segmentation experience.
- High availability and resilient network designs.
- CCIE (active) certification required.
- Strongly preferred: Juniper JNCIA / JNCIS / JNCIP.
- Proven success in B2B solutions selling.
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
- Team-oriented leader with high integrity and professionalism.
