• Analyze the impact of non-Markovian quantum processes on our systems. • Consult with hardware and design teams to identify potential sources of non-Markovian errors. • Develop and analyze benchmarking and validation protocols for our systems, covering domains from the optical subsystems to FT logic tests. • Optimize theoretical protocols to maximize sensitivity to drifting and fluctuating noise sources. • Work with the validation team in the development of specific protocols to be built in the control system and provision for the necessary data acquisition subsystems, test goals and test strategies. • Develop control strategies to optimize system performance based on dynamic system performance metrics.

• Assist team members in the successful execution of projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and contributing to project planning and management. • Drafting support to Designers and Interior Designers on various projects working in AutoCAD. • Collect and analyze data to help make informed decisions, generate insights, and support the development of data-driven strategies. • Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to gain a better understanding of our industry and company operations. • Participate in special projects that provide exposure to different aspects of our business and help you develop a well-rounded skill set. • Must have the ability to travel between 10 - 25% of the time for project needs; possibly including overnight stays.

• Define and own the enterprise architecture north star, principles, and reference architectures • Establish clear architectural direction across Digital Experience (web, mobile, chat, IVR), Platforms & APIs, Integrations & eventing, Data & analytics, AI & Agentic systems, Cloud, reliability, and security • Provide architectural leadership for top-priority, cross-domain initiatives • Guide teams on build vs buy vs partner decisions • Ensure architectures are API-first, event-driven, cloud-native, and modular • Establish and run architecture governance that enables speed • Partner closely with Digital AI to define AI & Agentic AI reference architectures • Partner with Security and SRE to ensure architectures meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements • Build and lead a high-impact architecture function • Act as a trusted architecture advisor to senior executives • Translate complex architectural topics into clear executive narratives

• Lead solution discovery workshops with stakeholders and business leaders. • Perform current-state analysis of CRM, patient management workflows, and care coordination processes. • Design end-to-end architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and integration blueprints. • Conduct fit-gap analysis for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and healthcare system integrations. • Produce a comprehensive Technical Solution Blueprint for the full implementation phase. • Architect and oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for large-scale patient and member population management. • Lead multi-tenant Dynamics setups across multiple client environments. • Design and implement integrations using Azure (Function Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps). • Drive governance, security, and compliance best practices. • Collaborate with technical teams, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders. • Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and architectural sign-offs. • Ensure the solution adheres to enterprise healthcare data standards. • Act as primary technical liaison between engineering teams and business executives.
