• Develop social content for healthcare clients and key audiences— healthcare professionals (80%) and patients (20%) • Gain general medical knowledge in therapeutic areas and understanding of audiences (eg, physicians, patients, sales reps) • Support internal creative copywriting initiatives • Write content that is on-strategy and in language that's compelling and differentiating; performs basic proofing of content, paying attention to the relationship with art and copy • Learn to annotation, reference and apply AMA style across creative projects • Support senior writers on assigned projects to develop and refine creative ideas • Learn the fundamentals of healthcare marketing: how an agency operates, the dynamics of the copywriter-art director partnerships, • FDA standards, and ways of translating clinical data into promotional messages

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, writing, or related field
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Writing samples and/or creative portfolio
  • Curious, organized, and eager to learn
  • Interested in fast-pace working environment
  • Comfortable supporting others and contributing behind the scenes
  • Interested in understanding how creative work functions inside an agency
  • Open to feedback and willing to revise and refine your work
